persons; however there is a

living room. On the lower
level there is an intimate
sitting/dining room with a

full bath.
There is a courtyard and
patio in the front of the
villa and a utility and
laundry area in the rear,
equipped with washer and
dryer. The front courtyard
enjoys the same views as the
bedrooms. Each villa's front
courtyard has a plunge pool
and the outdoor surroundings
are decorated with pub style
tables and chairs and
tropical Palms. The property
also has a sundeck on the
eastern side overlooking the
view and additional outdoor
recreation area on the
western side. The outdoor
